Hello! My name is Sarah Chabot and I am a Graduate of the Accredited Boulder College of Massage Therapy as well as a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and Grand Lake Chamber of Commerce. I have a Degree in Massage Therapy and am Certified and Licensed in a variety of Bodywork Modalities including Sports/ Orthopedic, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Swedish, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Essential Oil Therapy and various other spa services. For 16 years I have been practicing massage in Grand County and continue to increase my knowledge through advanced and extended studies. These include but are not limited to Advanced Myofascial Techniques and CORE Synchronism.
With intention and a combination of these modalities, my aim is to empower the client to begin the healing process.
Located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains I have been able to cultivate my skills with the diverse population that travels through here as well as settles in this outdoor playground.
My training in Sports ranges from working with the Colorado Rapids Professional Soccer Team, CU Football Players, Triathletes, Baseball players, Runners, Bikers, Golfers, Ski Racers, Snowboarders and many more winter and summer sports enthusiasts. I also enjoy the problem solving of balancing out the body from everyday stresses and injuries and supporting the body in stress relief and relaxation.
I am an avid Outdoor Enthusiast of all seasons, Yoga and fitness lover, and a grateful Being of all that life has offered so far including my family, friends, experiences and education. I feel that Bodywork is a great tool to help us expand our physical, emotional and spiritual selves.
I believe that we all need to move our bodies by whatever inspires us...
Be in a mindful state.
Breathe some fresh air...
and enjoy the great outdoors!
"Never forget the pleasure of the journey..."

Jenn Posterick is a massage therapist, Thai yoga bodyworker, and massage and yoga teacher. Bodywork sessions with Jenn are a blend of deep compression, movement, and detailed fascial work. They address the body’s specific needs while also balancing and relaxing the nervous system. Each session is tailored to client needs, from injury recovery to chronic issues to relaxation and stress reduction. Her work is built on a deep foundation of Thai bodywork and western deep tissue massage techniques. To these she subtly weaves in energy balancing techniques, healing touch, Reiki, Ayurveda, and traditional Thai medicine modalities. Over the past decade, she has developed a keen desire to help every client optimize their overall wellness, whether during a single session or in developing a long-term care strategy. Jenn attributes her own professional philosophy to lessons learned in her study of traditional Thai medicine and ParaYoga: heal the self, trust the self, let go of fear and doubt, and we can offer our truest intentions to others for their healing and wellbeing.
